Thank you for choosing FaceStories by Ishika. We strive to provide premium makeup and beauty services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any service.

Booking & Advance Payments

To confirm an appointment, clients may be required to pay an advance booking amount. The advance payment secures the selected date and time exclusively for the client.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

  • All advance booking payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of FaceStories by Ishika.
  • If a service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, clients may choose a refund or rescheduling.

Rescheduling

Clients may request a change of appointment date subject to availability. Requests should be made as early as possible.

Service Satisfaction

Any concerns regarding the service should be communicated immediately on the day of the appointment so that reasonable efforts can be made to address them.
